On Saturday November 15th, 2008 The Renaissance Center will be hosting it's first annual Showcase of Native Artists.
This event will provide an opportunity for local American Indian Artists to not only showcase their work but to also educate the public by exhibiting examples of their many diverse talents. The showcase will offer a combination of visual arts, literary works, music, dance and theater. If you would be interested in participating in the event, please contact me with a short bio and a photo or description of your work on or before August 30th 2008. Space will be limited so at this time only a small number of artists are being offered this opportunity. If you have questions or would like to confirm your interest in participating in this event please contact me at: plum_art@yahoo.com All artists who will be offering their work for sale as Indian made will be asked to comply with the rules and regulations of the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990.
